I'm still in Florida, and loving every second of it!
BUT! I gotta admit, vacations aren't that great to your body...
so I made me some goals for this week. To ensure I stay healthy and fit and on my way to that perfect beach body!!! ;)
1.Drink at least three bottles of water everyday.
2.Do the "randomab.com" work out, everyday.
3.Try to cut out breads entirely... or at least not so often.
4.go on a walk
5.( for the mental health) No Fb.
No Facebook isn't going to be hard for me, its just such a guilty habit. But the bread thing? that'll be a little tricky. Especially since my aunt buys these mini corn bread loafs and they are SOOOOO GOOOOD!
but hey, it'll all be worth it in the end, it ALWAYS is. :)
