I miss...

HOME!!!

sooo much, its actually quite ridiculous. and thinking about going home in just FIFTY SIX days... has me about crazy.

so! I'm counter acting this sickness by making a list of things I miss...
or, better yet,
things I'm GOING to miss.
 from here,
sweet Mother Russia. :)

1. Their Dairy products. I've never been a huge milk fan.. but there is something in their milk that makes me go crazy for it. I still won't drink it straight up.. but I'll enjoy it in my cereal bowl :)

2. Nikita and Sergey of course. They are two of my best friends here :) I LOVE them! We've done everything together! Including, straw painting, playing Balls on the Walls, singing Christmas songs, and laughing our guts out. :)

3.Our two hour bus ride every morning. There is nothing like waking up at six in the morning and sitting on a bumpy cold bus for two hours.. ;) haha, i actually really like it. Its relaxing. :) its even more relaxing when we are heading home.. its dark, warm, and all the lights of the cars can be pretty soothing, especially in the rain. :)

4. Receiving letters from people! You don't get that back home, when a text is much easier. :)

5. The people in the morning that sweep the dead leafs off the pavement with bushes. :)

6. Seeing old women walk their little dogs.. which are wearing outfits... haha

7. My head teachers cooking! It's so yummy :)

8. Talking to Janelle about her Boyfriend.. its always fun to live vicariously through other people. haha ;)

9. Riding the metro. When its not infested with make-out sessions.. its actually really awesome! :D and you wouldn't BELIEVE their stations.. they are immaculate, and extravagant!

10. Having a good excuse to eat chocolate everyday.. "Its EUROPEAN chocolate.." :)

11. Listening to the cute little girl on the bus say, "Dasvidonya!" in her cute little high pitched voice. :)

12. Taking lots of naps. :) I honestly probably take three a day...

13. I actually think I might miss our cute little apartment.. its small, and cramped, but its homey. and i like it!

14. Playing BananaRama! ( its really called banana grams)But its so much fun! but shhhhh! you can't tell my RM's i said that... ;)

15. The sunsets.. STG has incredible ones.. but Moscow's? They are just riveting!
16. Having Blini dance parties with my roommates :)

17. Seeing babies so bundled up all warm! They are soo cute. They remind me of the little kid off of "The Christmas Story" When his mom puts so many layers on him, he can't even move his arms down.. haha :)

18. Watching Tonya, one of the teachers.Although we have a language barrier, its easy to tell she is the funniest lady in all of Russia. And not to mention the nicest prettiest one too :)

19. Their Apple Juice! its 100% and PERFECT! Its sooooooooo yummy!

20. And last but not least, the time I have had to learn and grow. Being away from all your friends, and family, and simple pleasures, and accommodations is HARD. But its VERY rewarding. I have learned so much about myself, my future, the gospel, others, and the world in general. I wouldn't change this experience for ANYTHING!

Dis is my head teacher, Areil.
& her cool hat she tried on in Estonia. :)
