but hey, i'm about to show you the easiest pumpkin chocolate chip recipe in the world.

alright, so you made the cupcakes and had a ton of frosting and pumpkin left over, right? And a waste of delicious ingredients isn't going to make anyone happy.
problem solved.
Pumpkin chocolate Chip cookies with 3 ingredients. literally.
1 pckg of spice cake
1/2 can of large pumpkin can or 1 small one { i just used everything left over}
1 C. of chocolate chips.
preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix together the cake mix and pumpkin.
after well mixed, fold chocolate chips into batter
butter a pan, and splot balls of cookie mix onto pan
{they won't spread, but don't flatten}
cook in oven for 15-20 minutes
once cooled, i put my left over frosting on top, and added a little nutmeg and cinnamon on the top for looks and taste.
