i don't get it.
my pantry is full {thanks to my awesome mom}, and my pocket book is empty...
yet you can almost always find me eating out. Which of course, is totally unhealthy.
so. Tuesdays i have dedicated to blogging about healthy, cheap, college student meals.
and tonight? was genius!
I made a whole wheat italian cheese pasta with veggies.
whole wheat great value pasta 2$
great value frozen veggies 2$
and a Philadelphia cream cheese spread 3$
and half a tomato, diced.
and thats it! it literally took ten minutes to make, and with out using the whole box of pasta or the whole container of sauce, i made enough for three people.
yum! yum! yum!
