i just walked into my apartment, house, home. and i'm feeling reaaaaaallly good.
I'd like to blame it on the morning Pilates. :)
I have never really done Pilates before, but its quite the work out!
I'm not particularly sweaty, but i can feel the muscles all over my body being lengthened, and stretched.
My instructor says Pilates is supposed to be prime for helping with your posture and what not, done deal.
my posture is rotten.
but thanks to my new class every Friday at 10:30, i'll be in tip top shape come my twentieth birthday!! {huzzah!}
if you can, look for a local class, or buy a CD and do it at home, once a week is good enough, and i'm sure we will all be feeling the benefits in no time. AND seeing them. {the important part} ;)
So here's to a swell postured weekend!
