Dear Today,
I don't really know what to do with you. I have ideals and wishes for you, but by the way things have been going, I would almost bet that none of those things are going to happen. Which is a bummer, because that means I probably won't embrace you the way I should. And I know nothing should matter, because your still the greatest gift, but ... sometimes I just don't know what to do. And I'm sorry. However, if I may...I want to ask for some help.
Today, your presence means a lot to me, because it shows that nothing is over yet. That, though it may be cloudy, the sun is still there. I want to set my life like that. Today? I want to see the sun behind the clouds. I want to run to the sun rays, though they may seem too far. And I want to bask in them. Love them. I want to love them, Today. Will you help me do that? Will you help me love? Will you send me moments where I can see and do just that? I know I may be asking a lot, probably far more than I'm worth, but it is worth the shot to me.
Any way, most importantly, again I thank you for your presence. Everything is nothing without you to begin with. I hope I can just remember that. Thank you, and I hope I make you laugh :)
